Asbestos Removal Supervisor
The client is a fully HSE licensed asbestos removal contractor with over 20 years of excellence, is seeking experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisors to join our dedicated teams. This hands-on role is ideal for those who are not afraid to get their hands dirty and are ready to lead with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:

Setting up the site, including documentation and physical arrangements.

Supervising and leading a team of operatives, ensuring teamwork and collaboration.

Maintaining accurate and timely site records and ensuring site housekeeping standards.

Liaising with various stakeholders including Asbestos Manager, Asbestos Administrator, the public, site management, clients, HSE Inspectors, and subcontractors.

Hands-on supervision of equipment setup, enclosure integrity, and adherence to safety protocols.

Conducting smoke tests, setting up and maintaining negative pressure, and overseeing asbestos removal processes.

Preparing for 4-Stage clearance and updating the Asbestos Manager on work progress and any arising issues.

Ordering and receiving plant and materials, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor.

At least 2 years of experience in asbestos removal.

Valid CSCS card.

Full UK driving license.
-
Familiarity with current HSE regulations CAR2012 and other Health and Safety rules.

Ability to ensure that assigned works are carried out within deadlines, safely and efficiently.
