This is a great opportunity, working alongside a great team. My client is a well established sub-contractor working with a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2025, partnering with some of the industries leading Main Contractors as well as established regional contractors

The Role:

• Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £5m
• Prepare tender packages and manage the bid process
• Risk assessments
• Cost planning

This well established and respected contractor is looking for:

• Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer but ideally subcontractor)
• Negotiation skills
• Team Player
• Self starter and organisational skills

Role: Construction Estimator

Location: Eastbourne

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, considering Senior and early career Estimators
