LRL are currently recruiting for Handy Persons to work on a project near Canary Wharf.

Duties will include various maintenance tasks on a high-rise project, basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry is required. There could also be elements of patch plastering, and painting/decorating works.

Duties will include
- Carry out temperature checks on taps
- Repair floor, walls and ceiling coverings including painting.
- Repair free standing and fitted furniture.
- General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying.

Rate negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications. (Circa £23.00p/hr)
Monday to Friday - 9hr days - Weekend work available

Requirements
- CSCS - Blue Skilled Workers Card (Requirement)
- NVQ Level 2 Qualification in either of the following - Carpentry, Plumbing, P&D, etc.
- 2 Project specific References
