Finishing Manager

I've been tasked to find a Finishing Manager for a tier 1 main contractor. It is an immediate start and will finish in April/May 2026.

The project is a new build office worth circa £50m. The offices are at CAT B stage so we need someone with experience in closing out office space from CAT B.

You'll be reporting to an on site Project Manager based on site.

Requirements for Finishing Manager

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Trade background

Duties:
* Oversee the finishing phase of office space
* Ensure quality standards are met and final finishes are of the highest standard
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver project on time and within budget
* Manage snagging and defect resolution processes
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
