Senior Quality Manager - Construction Industry

This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in ISO9001, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Managers to achieve departmental goals.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001 standards, managing internal and external audits.

Streamline construction processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with ISOQAR accreditation.

Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-centric mindset.

Ensure compliance with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the Building Safety Act UK.
About You:

Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quality Management.

ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification required; CEng or PE status desirable.

Minimum 5 years' experience in construction quality management with proven leadership skills.

Strong understanding of ISOQAR accreditation and proficiency in electronic document management systems.

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
