Senior Quality Manager - Construction Industry

Cobalt Recruitment has partnered with a great client who are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the highest standards across multiple construction projects. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in ISO9001, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Managers to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001 standards, managing internal and external audits.
• Streamline construction processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with ISOQAR accreditation.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-centric mindset.
• Ensure compliance with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the Building Safety Act UK.

About You:

• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quality Management.
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification required; CEng or PE status desirable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction quality management with proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of ISOQAR accreditation and proficiency in electronic document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
