Project Manager - Building Safety

Newham Council are looking for a Project Manager to join their Building Safety Team.

Information & Role Requirements:

  • Hybrid Working (3 days home / 2 days office).
  • Inside IR35.
  • £450 Per day.
  • Preparation of Building Safety Cases.
  • Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
  • Preparation of Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications.
  • Liaison with internal council teams, contractors and consultants.
  • A key member of the Building Safety Team.
