Role Overview
As an M&E Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the pre-construction phase of high-value projects, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, estimating, and design stages of M&E projects.
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to develop detailed plans.
• Propose cost-effective solutions during early-stage project planning.
• Prepare budgets, timelines, and risk assessments aligned with standards.
• Work on large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in M&E pre-construction management.
• Proven success managing projects over £50 million.
• Expertise in projects up to RIBA Stage 4 and working with PCSA agreements.
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
