THCH is seeking a passionate Complaints Officer to join our team and play a vital role in improving our customer experience.

About You:

  • Experience in complaints handling or problem-solving customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigate complaints, gather information, and recommend solutions.
  • Respond to complaints clearly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure efficient complaint handling and adherence to procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
