We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator who is professional, passionate, and possesses a positive can-do attitude. Day-to-day of the role:

Answering contract-related phone calls and directing them appropriately within the contracts department.

Taking phone messages and ensuring they are passed on accurately.

Interacting with clients both over the phone and in person.

Attending project handover meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them.

Preparing new site boxes with necessary items and equipment and checking availability.

Maintaining PPE supplies and managing distribution to staff and sites.

Supporting site managers with digital filing and continuous improvement training.

Organising utility searches and liaising with utilities providers for new services.

Managing drawing updates on Procore and ensuring proper distribution as directed by management.

Assisting in the preparation of various documents and supporting the site management teams as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High personal standards with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
