We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding multi discipline Building Consultancy in Yorkshire, who are actively seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor

Working Hours:

• Full time

• Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30

Our client is offering the successful Chartered Building Surveyor

• Basic salary ranging from £50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience

• Annual bonus based on targets and performance

As a Building Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Building Surveyor work including
• Schedules
• Dilapidations
• Acquisitions
• Defects

Requirements for Building Surveyor role:

• Experience as a practising Surveyor
• Chartered status
• Strong Communication skills
