We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team for a long-term contract based in Durham. This role involves assisting various trades on social housing refits. You'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople (e.g., joiners, plumbers, and plasterers) on-site
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting with general labouring duties as required
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a labourer
• A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
