We are working with one of the country’s leading water companies who are looking for a Technical Assurance Engineer (TAE) to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring technical assurance and managing solution risks within the Assets directorate which will include designing projects related to pumping station upgrades, wastewater treatment, CSOs, and sludge management. Key responsibilities include developing the Strategic Technical Partner Framework and contributing to wastewater process design. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civils, expertise in structural engineering , and experience working within a design consultancy in the Utilities or Water sector. • Experience in regulated and operational environments.
• Promote safety culture and drive innovation.
• Lead team initiatives and support team development.
• Ensure efficient solution development via TOTEX hierarchy.
• Implement and manage technical governance processes.
