The role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager/Director to lead and manage the commercial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or engineering sector, with a particular focus on MEP systems. The Commercial Manager/Director will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by developing and executing strategic commercial initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of project financial performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the MEP, construction, or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes effectively.
• Experience of managing Quantity Surveyors
