4D BIM Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator specialising in 4D designs to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects Europe , this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Ireland and other parts of Europe.

This role is paying anything up to €70,000 annually depending on experience. We are open to conversation on working across a rotational pattern or a standard pattern if local. This position is in Dublin, Ireland.

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects , ideally within Data Centres, with experience across large-scale construction projects, supporting with 4D model creation & management, producing and presenting workshops & presentations on a regular basis, integration of 3D information and much more…

• Must have previous BIM experience on large construction projects.
• Must have full right to work in Ireland without support.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• A positive and can-do attitude to be able to make a difference within the team.
• An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
