Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced accredited civils reinstatement crew for a client. Candidates will have a strong background in tarmacking for long-term reinstatement work on synthetic rate card (client a Tier1 sub-contractor to Openreach) across Hull, York & Scarborough on Openreach work. We want to hear from you if you have a strong background in civil work within the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Duct installation for telecoms infrastructure.
• Operate plant machinery, including mini diggers and saws.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Work alongside fibre installation teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure the site is maintained to a high standard.
• Reinstatement.
• Tarmacking.
• Excavation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecoms civils work (min. 2 years).
• Valid NRSWA (Street Works) card.
• Smart Awards/NOPS accreditations - SA002/SA006
• PIA Accreditations; GO1/02, CD1, DL1, DB1, BBM.
• Experience operating machinery (mini diggers, etc.)
• DBS (3 months).
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• CSCS Card (preferred).
