The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:

Manage planning applications and appeals for a variety of projects.

Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.

Provide expert advice on planning policy and development opportunities.

Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the consultancy.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a planning-related role.

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.

Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or a clear pathway to achieving chartership.

A thorough understanding of UK planning policy and legislation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
