We're recruiting experienced Project Managers and Site Managers for a number of live and upcoming civils and groundworks projects across the following regions:

• Northwest & Cumbria

• Yorkshire & North East

• Birmingham

Our projects range from £500k to £2.5 million in value and span a variety of sectors, including:

• Healthcare

• Commercial developments

• Supermarket construction

• Lead the day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

• Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

• Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership

• Strong experience in civils and groundwork projects is essential

• SMSTS or equivalent certification required

• CSCS and First Aid preferred

• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

Pay Rate: £260 – £340 per day
