Location : Doncaster
Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 (DoE) + Bonus

The Role:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Support contract management, valuations, and variations to optimize project profitability.
• Conduct risk assessments and cost control under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience in commercial management, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.

Desirables:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Working towards RICS or CIOB membership.
