About the Role
We are looking for an
experienced Construction Site Manager
with a strong background in
cladding systems and firestopping works

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site activities related to
cladding installation and firestopping works
.

Ensure compliance with
building regulations, fire safety standards, and health & safety requirements
.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project timelines and quality.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on cladding and firestopping installations.

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a
Site Manager
in construction, with a focus on
cladding and firestopping
.

Strong understanding of
fire safety regulations
and
building envelope systems
.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
