We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the onsite team. This is fantastic opportunity to join a busy contractor creating bespoke lodges.
Role details:
• Position: Freelance Site Manager
• Location: Aysgarth, North Yorkshire
• Start Date: Monday 4th August
• Rates: £260 - £290 a day, depending on experience
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a housing site
• In date tickets – CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Be able to commit to full duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Ensuring works are done on time and to the client specifications
