Planner/Scheduler - Social Housing (Construction & Refurbishment)

Up £29,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Permanent, Full-Time
TSR are currently working with a local Social Housing Contractor looking to add a Planner/Scheduler to their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise diaries, meetings, and appointments for the team.

Track work progress and monitor KPIs to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Prepare and present comprehensive reports for the management team.

Liaise with staff, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Provide general administrative support across various departments as required.

Help coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure the efficient running of projects.
What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Experience with a Social Housing or similar environment.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar co-ordinating or administrative role is desirable.
