Hours: 07:30-17:00, Overtime available

Requirements: CPCS or NPORS (CSCS logo), Safety Critical Medical, Must be able to pass BPSS check

Foundation Personnel are seeking CPCS Traffic Marshall to be part of a civils gang for a civil engineering project in Newton Abbot, Devon. The client is a well-respected contractor delivering high-standard infrastructure projects across the UK. The successful candidates will be responsible for controlling the flow of traffic and managing pedestrian safety around the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage site traffic, ensuring safe entry and exit for vehicles.
• Safeguard pedestrian pathways and manage their movement around the site.
• Coordinate with site teams to schedule deliveries and minimise disruptions.
• Maintain clear and open communication with drivers, site personnel, and pedestrians.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) card is essential.
• Experience as a Vehicle Marshall.
• Safety Critical Medical is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to provide 2 references.
