We’re looking for a
Project Support Coordinator
to join this growing operations team in Dartford. This role would suit someone with
electrical knowledge, project coordination experience, and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Conducting
over-the-phone site surveys
to ensure projects are ready for specialist equipment
-
Preparing and reviewing
Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
-
Assigning the right engineers to jobs and managing project logistics
-
Handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues with delivered equipment (damaged, incorrect, non-working)
-
Checking
picking lists
to ensure the correct equipment is listed
-
Working with
Monday.com
(or similar project management tools)
What We’re Looking For:
-
2 years or more Project experience
-
Site/construction experience
- ideally with electrical knowledge
-
Strong Health & Safety understanding, including RAMS
(IOSH or NEBOSH or equivalent)
-
Confident communicator - comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
-
Organised, process-driven, and keen to learn specialist equipment
-
Ability to transition from a site-based role to an
office environment
-
Experienced with Project Management software i.e. Monday.com or similar
-
CSCS card (highly desirable)
