Project Manager.
The
Project Manager
role involves manage the delivery of projects within an agreed timescale.
Up to £70,000
Office based with travel into London to attend site
Project Manager duties:
Manage delivery of projects within an agreed budget and timeframe to maximise profit.
To manage all regulations with the project
Manage sub-contractors to ensure compliancy
Ensuring all projects adhere to policies and processes
Supporting the sales pipeline by developing customer relationships
Assisting in Business Development
Provide financial review and forecast to the Managing Director and Financial Controller
Project Manager skills/competencies:
Mechanical HVAC experience within commercial environments.
Experience in delivering multiple M&E projects at the same time
Be accessible to Dartford and also London and home counties
Flexible on travel and working hours
Good communication and IT skills
A team player
Able to work under pressure and capable of delivering to strict deadlines.
