to join a busy manufacturing company in the
Cullompton area
.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a full-time production role with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right person.
Working as part of the production team, you'll assist with the manufacture and assembly of
timber roof trusses and components
, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Please note: Due to the location, applicants must have their own transport.

Key Duties
-
Assemble timber trusses and components to production specifications.

Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

Operate hand tools and production equipment safely.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Support other production duties as required.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in
manufacturing, production, construction, timber work, assembly, or factory environments
is advantageous but not essential.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Positive and flexible approach to work.

Own transport is essential due to the location.
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday:
7am-3:30pm
