BIM Technician:

Location: Croydon

Salary: up to £35,000 + package

• A Revit Technician with 2 years’ experience accustomed to draughting MEP services
• Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
• Capable of creating technical drawings to BS ISO 128 series standards for mechanical, electrical and public health systems
• Experience using Navisworks & Autocad
• Within commutable distance of East Croydon Station
• Attention to detail, great communication, inquisitive, team player
• Right to work in the UK

Preferred but not essential:

• Degree, HNC/HND or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/ electrical engineering/project management or similar
• Experience working at an M&E contractor, ideally mechanical
• Experience being based on site
• CSCS card
