Project Sales Consultant, Luxury Design

  • Annual leave 23-25 days + BH per annum, On-site Gym, Pension, Travel to London paid, Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full product schedules.
  • Owning and maintaining a pipeline of projects.
  • Site visits to finalise detail.
  • Daily admin / high volume of emails.
  • Preparing small quotes for extras / revisions.
  • Follow up of projects, keeping in touch with the key stakeholders, at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers within the construction industry, from Interior designers and Architects through to Contractors.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector.
  • Experience gained in a luxury product-based business.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Motivated by customer satisfaction and closing the sale.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM).
