The Client
Our client specializes in rapid-build, high-specification modular construction. They have an immediate requirement for experienced Carpenters to join their active site in Cramlington to assist with a critical phase of the build. While the initial requirement is for 2 weeks, reliable and high-performing individuals will be strongly considered for further upcoming phases.
The Role
Working on a modern, fast-track site, you will be completing high-quality carpentry works as part of the modular unit installation and internal fit-out phases.
Your duties will include:
Fit-Out Works:
Undertaking a mixture of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to an exceptionally high standard.
Modular Stitching:
Assisting with the internal connection, alignment, and finishing of prefabricated modular units.
Snagging:
Completing final finishing works, ensuring zero defects prior to client handover.
Site Safety:
Maintaining a clean working environment and strictly adhering to site health and safety protocols.
Requirements
Essential:
A valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker or Gold Advanced Craft preferred).
Essential:
Must possess your own professional tools (110v or cordless) and full 5-point PPE.
Experience:
Strong background in commercial fit-outs, modular builds, or high-end finishing.
Location & Commute
Cramlington, Northumberland (Near Newcastle).
(Highly commutable from Newcastle upon Tyne, Morpeth, Blyth, and the wider Tyne & Wear area).
