We are recruiting for a
Warehouse Administrator
for our client who are based in Coventry. This is a full time role.
As a
Warehouse Administrator
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to track inventory movements and reconcile any discrepancies.
Data Entry and Documentation:

Input data related to shipments, receipts, and inventory into our warehouse management system.

Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other necessary documentation.
Communication:

Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.

Respond promptly to inquiries from colleagues and customers regarding inventory status and order fulfilment.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process optimization and propose solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Assist in implementing best practices for inventory control and record-keeping.
Ideally you will have/be:

Previous experience in a similar warehouse administration role is preferred.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A valid counterbalance forklift licence
