Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client based in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-quality components to meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mix and apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools.
• Ensure a smooth and even finish on all products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficient in masking and preparation.
• Conversant in the use of paint products.
• Confident in mixing paints to the correct specifications.
• Highly proficient in the use of paint spraying equipment.
• Industrial paint spraying experience, including marine, hydraulics, and construction products.
• Experience in self-preparing and manual loading.
• Skilled in working with marine-grade paint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to paint spraying.
