Housing Compliance Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Housing Compliance Administrator to join a large housing association on a temp basis. This role is crucial for maintaining commitment to delivering outstanding services and ensuring compliance within the housing sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Answer inbound calls from both internal and external customers and contractors, addressing their queries regarding repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
• Provide effective and safe resolutions for all customer interactions.
• Schedule and prioritise workloads for Inspectors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Perform exceptionally accurate data entry to maintain compliance with housing regulations.
• Work collaboratively within your team and across the business to uphold a high standard of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Background within Housing Compliance / Administration
• Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks.
• Positive, optimistic, and solutions-focused attitude, especially when faced with challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• This position is subject to a basic DBS check.
