Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding company based in Houghton Le Spring, seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a team as the sole Quantity Surveyor with the ambition to grow and lead a team in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process for our projects.
• Provide accurate cost management and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and support junior team members as the team expands.

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in social housing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
