We are seeking an experienced Civils Manager for new fibre builds across Cornwall.

You must have a strong Civils background, as you will be responsible for delivering multiple construction builds.

Salary up to £55K DOE, Company Vehicle, pension and excellent company benefits.

The primary duties include the responsibility for the following:

• Manage supervisors and teams across several live builds.
• Staff development.
• Project delivery of multiple construction builds.
• Monitor delivery and performance.
• Work to tight SLAs.
• Maintain a high standard of quality.
• Management reporting.
• Problem-solving day-to-day issues.
• Oversee the running of all Field Operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders.
• Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:

• Two years minimum experience in Telecoms FTTx and PIA Networks at a management level.
• Experience in Managing multiple builds and teams across a region.
• Effective Leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, SROH, Notices and Permits.
• Management experience Dealing with operational Teams at all levels.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
• NRSWA Accreditation.
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Organised and Professional.
