Your new role
This is a new and exciting maternity cover job for 9/12 months as a Part-time Document Controller. You will be joining an office team of about 15 people in a relaxed and friendly working environment. Duties include but not limited to:

• Filing drawings
• Issuing drawings
• Uploading and making drawing revisions
• Registering drawings
• General construction administration

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will need:

• Previous administration experience
• Previous experience of dealing with construction drawings
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical/process-driven approach to your work
• Strong IT skills
• Willingness to work as part of a small team
• Take responsibility for your own workload

What you'll get in return

• Flexibility on days/ hours of worked - between 8:00/17:00 (15/20 hours per week)
• c£25,000 (Full-time equivalent) salary
