What You’ll Be Doing as a New Homes Sales Executive:

• Managing the day-to-day sales function on-site, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

• Being the first point of contact for potential buyers and guiding them through their home-buying journey.

• Securing sales and hitting targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Working alongside site teams to keep everything running smoothly.

• Conducting market research to stay ahead of competitors and understand customer needs.

• Managing and maintaining the presentation of show homes and marketing suites.

• Handling customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.

• Supporting customers through the mortgage and legal process, ensuring a smooth transition to homeownership.
