We are seeking an experienced
Logistics Site Manager
to oversee logistics operations on a
high-volume residential project in Clapham
. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to take control of site logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all site logistics, including deliveries, material distribution, and waste management.

Manage traffic and pedestrian movement to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site protocols.

Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a well-organised work-flow.

Manage and allocate storage areas, keeping the site clear and functional.

Supervise and direct logistics personnel, including traffic marshals and delivery teams.

Report progress and any logistical issues to senior site management.
Requirements:

Proven experience
as a Logistics Manager/Site Manager on
large-scale residential projects
.

Strong knowledge of
construction site logistics, traffic management, and material handling
.
-
SMSTS/SSSTS certification
preferred.
-
CSCS card
required.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and proactively manage a busy site.
