I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK House builder helping them with recruiting of a Project Manager for their residential scheme . The scheme compromises of traditional build houses.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking Project from Start to finish. You will be responsible for managing around 30 plots to handover. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, Organising budget and expenses, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Managing Director. You must house building experience and have worked for UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme.

This is a temp to permanent role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and payments are made via CIS.
