Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £75,000 £100,000 (dependent on experience)

An established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and proven experience managing the full project lifecycle on large-scale commercial builds up to £10 million.

• Lead the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure programmes are met

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site

• Monitor project costs, progress, and quality in line with contract requirements

• Chair regular site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other project leads

• Provide technical support and leadership across design, installation, and commissioning phases

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager

• Commercial project experience essential, ideally with over 5 years in the sector

• SMSTS and CSCS certified

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple project phases simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
