A progressive and expanding Construction Consultancy based in London is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of industry-leading projects within the vibrant heart of London.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The appointed Senior Construction Project Manager will immerse themselves in a range of compelling projects across London. These projects include challenging remodelling developments, occasional new builds, CAT A refurbishments, and CAT B fit-outs for occupiers.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Construction Project Manager include:

Overseeing the successful delivery of complex and high-profile construction projects from inception to completion.

Managing the initial stages of the RIBA Plan of Work and formulating strategic project programs.

Ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, within budget and timeframe.

Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintaining effective communication and reporting to all relevant parties.
The Senior Construction Project Manager

A construction-related degree or an equivalent qualification.

Ideally Chartered status through RICS, CIOB, or APM, signifying a high level of professional expertise.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Construction Consultancy environment, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.

Extensive knowledge and experience working on large-scale Real Estate projects.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are flawlessly executed.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and information clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
