Facilities Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks and functions related to the office facilities and functions of the London office such as general maintenance and repairs, vendor relations etc.

Assist with coordination of office maintenance programs, construction projects, office moves as directed

Member of the office emergency response team

Participate in office security operations, including updates to security system, maintenance key card program

Act as administrative contact with internal and external parties

Oversee external parties (such as contractors) when they are on site

Oversee the Facilities Helpdesk Inbox

Take ownership of the New Joiners Inductions and Building Tour
Facilities Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:

At least 2 years’ of admin/facilities support within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment

Proficient in office systems (e.g. BMS, Zutec, Simmtronic, Lighting System)

Working knowledge of H&S Assessments, Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments

IOSH accreditation is perferred

Confident with MS Office
