Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor/Associate - UK BASED - Top 80 Law Firm - Remote or hybrid working, part-time or full-time:

AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate/Senior Associate for our client, a high-growth, high-performance international law firm.

Due to growth, our client is looking to hire a non-contentious Construction & Engineering Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity that can offer full flexibility , offering a working pattern open to the right candidate - whether that is entirely remote from the comfort of your own home, hybrid , working from either the London City office, Essex, or any nearby UK office. Our client is open to full-time and part-time applicants. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading on a wide range of construction transactions to include the drafting of all appropriate contracts and relevant documents
• Managing claims in the TCC & MCOL
• Managing adjudications including enforcement actions and Part 8 claims
• Drafting relevant correspondence, letters of claim/response and advising clients
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Keeping up-to-date with changes and developments in the law
• Working with a range of clients from HNWI to multi-international companies
• Supervising junior colleagues
