The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with a highly experienced Associate Director, forming part of a compact but dynamic commercial team. The role offers significant flexibility - with the Director working in the office 1x a week and on-site or from home the remainder - while providing robust support and training tailored to your development.

With a strong focus on Healthcare projects across London, this role also opens the door to other exciting sectors, such as Hotel, Commercial, and Public schemes. Your mentor, who leads the firm's RICS team, will guide you through the APC process and help you achieve your career aspirations.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year QS experience within a consultancy / PQS firm
• Basic pre and post contract experience is ideal
• Previous Healthcare experience is ideal
