Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a car garage refurbishment project in Chiswick, London. The project, valued at £3M, is set to commence in April and will span 30 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all site activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Manage subcontractors and site personnel
* Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Valid SMSTS certification
* First Aid certification
* CSCS card
