HR Business Partner

About the Role
This is a senior-level position focused on providing expert HR guidance and support to line managers and employees. Key responsibilities include:

Managing HR policies, processes, and legal compliance.

Overseeing employee life-cycle activities, including on-boarding, TUPE transfers, and change management.

Delivering employee training, mentoring, and coaching programs.

Supporting recruitment efforts and talent management initiatives.

Maintaining and analysing HR data to improve processes and inform decisions.

Collaborating with management teams to ensure a strong employee experience and support business goals.
This role involves travel between business units and participation in regular industry events, requiring a flexible and collaborative approach.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced HR Manager, Generalist, or Advisor seeking the next step in their career.

Hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification (degree-level qualification desirable).

Have strong knowledge of UK HR law and Health & Safety requirements.

Be adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and data analysis.

Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Have experience in the construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
