A leading company in the infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their team in Chester. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage town planning applications for infrastructure, energy, and renewables projects
• Provide expert advice on planning policy, regulations, and development strategies
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and environmental assessments
• Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on planning processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field
• MRTPI chartered status (or working towards it)
• Significant experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors
• Strong project management skills and experience in delivering complex planning applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
