Mint Selection is currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical construction works on a utility-scale BESS project in the North West of England, working on behalf of a market leading developer.
Responsibilities

Supervise electrical contractors delivering BESS construction works
*
Oversee installation of HV/LV systems, transformers, PCS units, earthing and cabling
*
Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with programme
*
Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and permit management
*
Interface with the Site Manager, Project Engineer and commissioning teams
*
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and final handover
Experience Required
*
Proven experience supervising electrical works on BESS, substations or power projects
*
Strong understanding of electrical safety, RAMS and permit-to-work systems
*
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
*
ECS/CSCS and relevant electrical qualifications required
