Our client, based in Cheltenham, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Survey to work on a per survey basis, focused on social housing properties.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The survey rate is circa £25 per house, however there can be some flexibility on this where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HHSRS, property defects and social housing, and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing Stock Condition Surveys on domestic properties, roughly 5 - 6 per day
• Carrying out surveys in line with HHSRS
• Managing own diary based on information provided on a PDA
• Arranging access with tenants

Experience required:

• Stock Condition experience
• A strong understanding of HSSRS
