Buildings Maintenance Officer
Location: Gloucestershire (travel required)
Salary: £26,000

Join our Site Services Team to ensure health, safety, and compliance across multiple sites in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and South Wales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and monitor compliance with regulations.
• Manage contractor checks, permits, and site inductions.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure training is up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Experience in Estates or Facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments.
• Access to personal transport for site visits.
