Job description: CSCS Labourer (IPAF Required) – Cheltenham We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer with a valid IPAF ticket to join a busy construction site in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with a well-established contractor. Key Responsibilities: * General labouring duties on a live construction site * Assisting trades and site management as required * Operating MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) in a safe and competent manner * Loading and unloading materials * Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation * Adhering strictly to all health & safety regulations Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card (essential) * Valid IPAF Licence (essential) * Previous site experience in a labouring role * Ability to operate access equipment safely * Strong work ethic and reliability * Own PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots) What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) * Weekly pay * Ongoing work opportunities * Supportive site environment
