Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Pension + Company Car

A leading Traffic Management company is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, sales, and team management across the South. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
• Drive business growth through strategic sales development and client engagement.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team across multiple sites.
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
